  We aim to deliver within 1-4 hours in Kampala.

• Do you charge a delivery fee?
  Yes, delivery charges vary by location:

  • UGX 3,000: Muyenga, Bukasa-Muyenga

  • UGX 4,000: Kabalagala, Kansanga, Kibuli, Namuwongo, Nsambya

  • UGX 5,000: Kampala Town, Kampala Road, Buziga, Bugolobi, Jinja Road, Garden City, Lugogo, Bunga, Ggaba, Ggaba Road, Makindye, Nakasero

  • UGX 6,000: Nakawa

  • UGX 7,000: Acacia, Kamwokya, Wandegeya, Katwe, Kibuye, Kololo, Mbuya, Mengo, Mulago, Munyonyo

  • UGX 8,000: Bukoto, Bwaise, Ntinda, Kalerwe, Kasubi, Katanga, Lubaga/Rubaga, Lungujja, Makerere, Kikoni, Nakulabye, Namirembe, Ndeeba, Ntinda,

    If your area isn't listed, select the nearest area to you from the list. This will give you an estimated delivery fee. We'll call you to confirm the final delivery fee before we deliver

Payment & Shipping

• What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept Cash on Delivery (paid to our delivery person) or Mobile Money (send payment to 0789442144 registered under Faith Ampwera before the boda leaves).

• Do you ship internationally?
  Currently, we deliver only within Uganda

• What happens if my order is damaged during delivery?
  Inspect your order before delivery leaves. If there’s damage, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. Once the delivery person has left, we cannot process exchanges or refunds.
